Dr. Xavier Stewart, Brigadier General, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Dr. Xavier Stewart is a distinguished leader in homeland defense, national security, and public health, with a proven track record in combating mass destruction (CWMD). A retired Brigadier General in the U.S. Army. His career reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing defense strategies, intelligence operations, and emergency preparedness at the highest levels.
As Principal of Stewart and Associates, Dr. Stewart provides strategic guidance to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community, specializing in counter-WMD strategies, risk mitigation, and crisis response. His expertise spans military operations, forensic examination, and public health, making him a trusted security and resilience planning authority.
Holding a doctorate in Public Health, Dr. Stewart is a Board-Certified Forensic Examiner, Respiratory Care Practitioner, and Nationally Registered EMT. His credentials include Certified Homeland Protection Professional (CHPP) and Registered Protective Officer (RPO), reinforcing his leadership in security, resilience, and emergency preparedness.
